SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR RELATIONSHIP

When your relationship feels stuck — whether you’re caught in conflict, living like roommates, or noticing the spark has faded — it can feel discouraging. But struggle doesn’t always mean something is broken. Often, it’s a signal that both of you want more: more connection, more intimacy, and more understanding.

At Strengthzone, we see these moments as opportunities to transform your relationship. Maybe you want to learn to communicate better, rediscover each other, prepare for marriage, or reconnect after years together. Whatever brings you here, our goal is the same: to help you build a relationship that feels stronger, safer, and more fulfilling.

Co-Therapy for Couples

Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in the same conversations, arguments, and patterns.

Co-therapy gives you the benefit of working with two therapists together. Richard and Jane guide the conversation in real time, helping both partners feel heard, understood, and supported.

Couples often tell us they appreciate having two perspectives in the room, especially when discussing conflict, trust, communication, intimacy, or major relationship decisions.

Our approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on helping couples understand what keeps them disconnected and what helps them reconnect.

$425 | 90 minutes | Virtual or In-Person

Couples Intensives

Extended, focused sessions designed for couples who want to make meaningful progress in a shorter time. Intensives are specifically tailored to your needs. They’re ideal if weekly sessions aren’t enough, or if you’re ready to dive deeper into long-standing patterns and move toward connection.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH US

Couples often tell us, “When we come here it feels like we can actually talk to each other.” That’s the heart of our approach.

We’re not here to pick sides. We’re here to protect your relationship so you can feel safe enough to connect. Using Imago dialogue, whether with one therapist or our co-therapy model, we guide you through conversations that might feel impossible to have at home.

Most couples start therapy feeling anxious, angry, or defensive. Over time, those same conversations begin to shift. You start to understand the “why” behind each other’s reactions, begin healing the old wounds that shape your patterns, and respond with more compassion instead of criticism. It’s not about avoiding conflict — it’s about using it as a way back to each other.
